By accessing our website, browsing company listings, unlocking direct contact coordinates, purchasing a digital access pass, or ordering the physical directory compendium, you (“User”, “Buyer”, “Subscriber”, or “Vendor”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using this directory.

2. Nature and Scope of the Directory Platform

Lithium Battery Directory serves as an industrial database cataloging battery cell manufacturers, raw material importers, BMS fabricators, testing laboratories, pack assemblers, and recycling enterprises.

• Information Aggregation: Listings are compiled via corporate disclosures, primary industrial verification, registrar records, and voluntary vendor submissions.
• No Endorsement or Quality Guarantee: While reasonable efforts are taken to verify the active business status and phone/email coordinates of listed entities, inclusion in the directory does not constitute an official endorsement, guarantee of solvency, technical certification, or safety warranty by the platform.
• Buyer Due Diligence: Sourcing managers, R&D engineers, and procurement specialists are solely responsible for conducting their own technical audits, cell cycling inspections, factory visits, and creditworthiness assessments before executing purchase agreements.

3. Zero-Commission & Non-Intermediary Operational Framework

In accordance with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

• No Brokerage or Commission: Our business model is funded strictly through transparent platform access subscription plans, print compendium sales, and optional verified listing features. We take zero percentage of any transaction revenue agreed between parties.

4. Limitation of Liability & Absolute Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• No Liability for Contractual Breach: In no event shall Lithium Battery Directory, its operating entity BATTERY CONNECT INDIA, its directors, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of:
  1. Failure of a supplier to deliver cells, packs, or materials as agreed;
  2. Substandard chemistry quality, capacity fade, or non-compliance with AIS-156 / BIS / UN 38.3 standards;
  3. Financial defaults, advance payment losses, or insolvencies of any listed entity;
  4. Delays in supply chain or logistics between transacting commercial entities.
• Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lithium Battery Directory from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your interactions, negotiations, or contracts with any supplier or buyer discovered through this directory.

5. Paid Subscriptions, Digital Access & Strict No-Refund Policy

Lithium Battery Directory provides premium digital access passes (e.g., Single Reveal, Category Passes, Full National Directory Pass) and physical compendium publications:

• Instant Digital Delivery: Access to verified phone numbers, direct procurement inboxes, filter matrices, and export tools is granted immediately upon successful payment verification.
• Strict No-Refund Rule: Because digital data, intelligence, and proprietary contact records are irrevocably revealed upon account activation, all subscription and unlock fees are 100% final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• Subscription Renewals & Cancellation: Users with recurring billing can cancel future renewals at any time through their member dashboard or by notifying billing support at least 48 hours prior to the renewal cycle. Cancellation stops subsequent billing, but no prorated refund will be issued for remaining time in an active cycle.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute arising from platform usage or services, the courts located in Maharashtra, India shall possess exclusive territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction.
